Description

18. (a) All areas not intended to be taken in charge by the local authority shall be maintained by a legally constituted management company. (b) Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit to, and agree in writing with, the planning authority a properly constituted Owners’ Management Company. Membership of this company shall be compulsory for all purchasers of property in the proposed development. Confirmation that this company has been set up shall be submitted to the planning authority prior to the occupation of the first residential unit.
