Description

EXPP: The development consists of the laying out and use of lands as playing pitches. It is proposed to layout and use lands for playing pitches. The proposed playing pitch areas will be levelled, and the playing surface prepared through placement of soil excavated from lands that are to be developed under 3270/21 locate adjacent to the proposed playing fields that are within the boundary of the former Holy Cross College and under the ownership of Gambetto Limited. The use of the playing pitched are for recreational use only and no charge is made for admission of the public to the land.
