4. The hereby permitted development shall be amended as follows: a) The 1st floor southeast facing window serving the rear double bedroom on the 1st floor shall be omitted. b) The southeast facing window serving the stairs shall be fitted with permanently obscured glazing. Prior to the commencement of development, amended drawings showing these changes shall be submitted for written agreement with the planning authority. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of adjoining residential occupiers.
