4. Conservation – Details to be Agreed The applicant/developer shall submit the following documentation for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of commencing the works: • Detailed methodology for the advance plugging to kill and carefully remove (by specialist contractors) all remaining obstinate tree and plant roots from the environs of the spire and remnant walls of the Protected Structure, to avoid regrowth and/or damage to the integrity and stability of the walls.
