Description

12. The Developer shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division issues of the planning authority: (b) A Parking Management Plan shall be prepared for the site and shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of the development. This Plan shall indicate how spaces will be assigned and how use of the car parking will be continually managed. Parking shall be allocated by way of a parking space lease agreement. No vehicles shall overhang the public laneway and shall not obstruct access to the public laneway.
