2. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: • Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit the following for the written approval of the planning authority: (iii) A photographic sample of the proposed manhole cover to be installed as specified by the engineer. (vi) Following the removal of modern floor coverings from the entrance hall and lobby, a description and detailed photographs of the underlying floor in the location of the proposed glazed doors shall be submitted. A section drawing of the brass plate and box is required to show how the installation will impact on the floor structure below.
