Alterations to existing planning permission ref. 2409/19, including: (1) Alterations to 8 no. previously approved apartments granted under planning application ref. 2409/19, consisting of material changes to the eastern and western elevations: rear returns, balconies, additional window openings on the western elevation at third floor, circulation veranda to second floor, removal of under croft gates, modifications to lift location and size together with internal alterations to proposed apartment layouts and updates to site layout changing the car parking, bicycle parking, bin storage and communal area arrangement; (2) Alterations to 4 no. previously approved townhouses granted under planning application 2409/19. Proposed alterations would consist of material changes to the elevations, providing an escape window in each house to the fourth floor on the eastern elevation and guarding to windows on the western elevation. Incorporating right of way to rear of townhouses, with associated lighting, planting and gating; (3) Rear boundary walls amended for gated entry on northern elevation and extending boundary wall on southern elevation.
