Description

5. Prior to the commencement of any works, a methodology for adequate sound and noise insulation as part of the proposed dwellings, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. The methodology shall have regard to the submission received from the operators of the BOC site to the south. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the methodology as approved. Reason: In the interest of residential amenity.
