4. The following conditions of the Drainage Division to be complied with: b. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The developer shall indicate how the Foul and Surface Water are designed on an entirely separate system. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
