17. The following drainage requirements are requested to be adhered to : m) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water including green roofs, blue roofs, permeable paving, filter drains, swales and bio-retention systems all as described in the Infrastructure Design Report by DOBA Consulting Engineers. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction
