Description
4. a) Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit drawings of the proposed signage for the written approval of the Planning Authority. The retail signage shall comprise either individually mounted or hand painted and backlit lettering of maximum height 40cm. No spotlights or projecting signs shall be permitted. The colour scheme shall complement the materials and colours in the shopfront and adjacent shopfronts.
