4. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: ii) Revised fully detailed information (detailed conservation specification and methodology), informed by good conservation practice, on how all new work and how all conservation repairs shall be carried out with as little impact on the historic fabric and special architectural character as possible. vi) Where blocking up of historic openings is proposed to facilitate bathrooms / dressing rooms/ the applicant shall submit 1:5 details of the proposed work showing the extant historic doors and linings retained in situ and protected whilst plasterboard linings are placed to one side of the door opening.
