The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: ix) 1:20 plans and elevations of the proposed buggy store are to be provided. The applicant is to ensure the store remains beneath the coping of the boundary wall. It is also to be confirmed that the existing pedestrian gate with steps up to garden level is appropriate for buggy use.
