The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: viii) 1:20 drawings confirming the windows will be manufactured to traditional joinery methods, with individual panes of glass. 1:5 details demonstrating that the proposed double-glazing can be achieved within historically-dimensioned glazing bars are to be provided; these were requested but have not been provided as part of the AI submission. The profile of the glazing bars is to be confirmed; the applicant is to ensure this is correct for the age of the building. The sash horn profile is also to be confirmed. 1:5 details of these elements are to be provided. It is also to be confirmed that the glazing will be putty-fixed; this was not confirmed on the AI submission as requested.
