The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: vii) 1:10 detail of the flashing between the boundary wall and the proposed extension. The use of aluminium is not appropriate.
