Description

21 . Prior to the commencement of development on site, the following landscaping, open space and ecology details shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority: (a) The site shall be landscaped and earthworks carried out in accordance with the detailed comprehensive scheme of landscaping, including the Landscape Design Rationale, which accompanied the application, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority. (b) Details of hard landscaping materials, including materials for the pedestrian and cycle routes and public open space. (c) Further details of the play spaces and associated features assigned for children of all ages.
