4. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following details required by the Conservation Officer for written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) Revised annotated drawings that indicate all surviving historic embellishments including window and door architraves/linings, cornices, chimney pieces and other. b) A detailed written description augmented by drawings and photographs where required, and a method statement for all minimal works required to the building. c) A 1:20 plan and section drawings of the proposed new staircase for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of the construction of the new stairs. d) A 1:20 plan and section drawings of the proposed new kitchen in the rear room for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of the construction of the new kitchen, and include details of water supply to same and services to electric/gas cooker. e) A set of drawings marked up to indicate where repairs or reinstatement of historic fabric are proposed. In addition, a door and window schedule shall be submitted to record existing historic doors and windows, including the survival of historic glass, and proposed repairs to same. f) 1:100 elevations of the historic boundary walls to the front and rear garden, recording where repairs/consolidation are required. g) All rainwater goods to be replaced will be replaced with good quality cast iron rainwater goods.
