3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The proposed placement of the wardrobe unit in Bedroom 5 shall be revised and designed to provide a sympathetic arrangement that retains all historic fabric in place. b) The kitchen/w.c./sink area at basement level shall be revised to provide a single shower room/bathroom with w.c.. c) The room which originally held the spiral staircase at basement level to the rear of the property shall be used for storage only. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
