Description

3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall provide a revised design to the window of Bedroom no. 3 at first floor level side elevation to include some measures to reduce the possibility of overlooking of the adjoining properties by either the use of an angled window, louvres or fritted glass. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing this proposal have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
