2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; a) Prior to the commencement of development, revised cycle parking proposals shall be submitted for the planning authority for written approval. This shall include a minimum 32 no. spaces with a mix of long term and visitor cycle parking. Long term bike spaces shall be provided within a storage facility which shall be secure, conveniently located, fully sheltered and well lit. Key/fob access shall be required. All cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Cycle parking shall be in place prior to the occupation of the development. b) 6no. of the 57no. car parking spaces proposed to serve the Health Centre shall be omitted. The spaces to be omitted can either be (a) space nos. 25 to 30 or (b) space nos. 52 to 57, as identified on the Car Parking Arrangement and Designation plan submitted as part of the Further Information response. An updated Car Parking Management Plan reflecting the omission of these spaces shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development. c) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer.
