2. Prior to the commencement of the development the applicant shall consult with the ESB and seek written approval regarding the existing utility column adjacent to the access and any works required including relocation or removal of it to facilitate the access. Details of this engagement and any subsequent agreed required amendments shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to commencement of any works on site. Note: The Applicant/Developer shall be responsible for the expense of any works, if such is necessary for the purpose of the development. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining public realm.
