11. The developer shall comply fully with the requirements of the Transportation Planning Division as follows: a) Prior to the commencement of the development, drawings demonstrating that development will not impact on the delivery of the Core Bus Corridor (CBC), including ensuring that there are no sub-surface services within the boundary of the CBC scheme, shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement in consultation with the NTA. The applicant/developer are required to liaison with the NTA during detail design prior to construction stages to ensure that the development and the CBC scheme progress in an integrated manner.
