Description

12. The Developer shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division issues of the planning authority: (a) Details of the materials proposed in public areas and areas to be taken in charge shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and agreed in writing with the Environment and Transportation Department prior to commencement of development.
