8. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: b) The 5 additional car parking spaces shall be omitted. The space shall be reallocated to cycle parking and associated end of journey facilities. A revised basement drawing shall be submitted prior to commencement of the development for the written agreement of the planning Authority.
