3. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to commencement on site, the developer shall submit the following for the written approval of the planning authority: i. The developer shall submit samples of the exact finish and colour of the stone and aluminium proposed on the north and west facades. ii. The developer shall submit details of the proposed door including the design and materiality, to ensure the design is consistent with previously permitted design along the south elevation.
