4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant / developer shall submit a revised site plan at a 1:200 scale to the Planning Authority for the written agreement showing the following: a. A single shared vehicular entrance with a maximum width of 4m shall serve the proposed rear house, the existing house No. 11 and neighbouring house No. 12 Brookwood Lawn. b. Front boundary wall height and design consistent with the existing walls. c. The annotation referring to removal of the front garden wall in front of house No. 11 Brookwood Lawn within the Further Information response site plan drawing (Drwg No. PL (03)02) shall be omitted. d. No outward swinging gates and there shall be no internal boundary wall/fence/railings erected within the front gardens separating the driveways and access road of the houses. b) The front entrance for No. 11 Brookwood Lawn shall not open out onto the proposed access route serving the new house. c) Footpath and kerb to be dished and entrance provided to the requirements of the Area Engineer, Roads Maintenance Division. d) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer. e) The developer shall be obliged to comply with the requirements set out in the Code of Practice.
