4. The applicant shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division a) Within 3 months of the date of the Final Grant of permission, the applicant/developer/operator shall submit to the planning authority for written agreement a revised Site Layout and Traffic Plan which includes designated demarcated road and parking layout, to include designated loading and set-down areas. The site road and traffic layout plan shall include relevant parking restrictions including line markings and signage where required, ensuring that the provision of traffic measures do not impact on the access/egress of adjoining entrances.
