11. The developer shall comply fully with the requirements of the Transportation Planning Division as follows: g) Prior to the commencement of the development, a drawing detailing areas to be taken in charge and proposed works within this area shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Details of the materials proposed in public areas or areas to be taken in charge are required and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and agreed in detail with the Road Maintenance Division.
