2. The development shall be amended as follows: (a) The proposed replacement of the existing sash window on the second floor with a casement window shall be omitted. The applicant/developer shall work with a conservation joiner towards the successful adaptation of the historic sash window to accommodate a swing, with no impact on the section of the historic frames or sashes. Details of the amended proposal and conservation methodologies for the work, shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning authority, prior to works commencing on site. Reason: To protect the character and integrity of the protected structure.
