11. The developer shall comply fully with the requirements of the Transportation Planning Division as follows: c) Prior to the commencement of the development, auto tracking of service and delivery vehicles accessing the rear of the site from Ballyfermot Road shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Any changes to the car parking layout to facilitate the necessary manoeuvering shall be clearly detailed, and at least one car parking space shall be allocated to set-down/drop off.
