11. The developer shall comply fully with the requirements of the Transportation Planning Division as follows: f) Measures such as planters or bollards to ensure no unauthorised or illegal parking occurs on the public footpath/public square to the front of the development shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of the development.
