2. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit revised drawings indicating the following amendments for the written approval of the Planning Authority as follows: a) The height of the letters on the fascia sign shall be reduced to 300mm b) The words ‘Westmoreland Street’ and ‘Off Licence’ shall be omitted from the fascia sign
