2. Revised details shall be submitted with regard to the following: (a) the proposed single storey pavilion café and restaurant building between Blocks D and E shall be omitted from the scheme and the area landscaped to provide additional communal open space; (b) ground floor garden terraces shall be provided to apartments in Block F and a suitable privacy strip and or low level boundary treatment shall be provided between private and public amenity area;
