Description

3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendments: a) One dormer window only shall be permitted on the rear roof. The dormer shall be centralised in the roof, and shall be set about the existing eaves level and below the ridge line of the roof. The width of the dormer shall not exceed 3 meters wide. b) The first floor gable ensuite bathroom window shall be fitted with obscure glazing only, and permanently maintained as such. c) The first floor extension shall not extend past that of the adjoining first floor rear return at number 17 Mornington Road.
