Description

9. The student accommodation complex shall be operated and managed by an on-site management team on a 24hour full time basis and in accordance with the measures indicated in the Preliminary Student Management Plan submitted to the planning authority with the planning application. A detailed student management plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the first occupation of the development. Any changes in the operation and management of the complex shall be the subject of a new planning application.
