5. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: (a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Conservation Officer prior to the commencement of development: (i) Details of high quality rainwater goods (cast iron only) for the extension noting that PVC is not supported. (ii) Detailed drawings at 1:20/1:10 to show the junctions of the historic return and proposed extension. (iii) A statement with drawings from a structural engineer confirming the historic garden/boundary wall and footings will not be destabilised or damaged during the construction of the proposed extension. (iv) A 1:20 drawing of the proposed window opening to the side elevation of the rear return. A brick flat arch shall be provided, with brick reveals and a Leinster granite sill. The window shall be timber sashed and slim-line glazing shall be acceptable if desired by the applicant.
