4. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority: (c) Details of a revised finish to the external roof and walls of the extension shall be provided. For all development that involves Protected Structures, the materials used must be of the highest possible quality. Suitable materials for use with Protected Structures are natural, durable and materials such as stone, brick, timber, lead, lime render, zinc, slate etc. Drawings showing finishes shall be presented at 1:50 for elevation and roof with details being shown at 1:20/1:10.
