2. The arched doorway and timber clad surround indicated on the proposed drawings shall be omitted from the development. Prior to the commencement of development revised drawings to be submitted indicating that the elevation of the unit will remain as existing and appropriately scaled signage shall be located behind the glass above the existing door. Details of the new signage (including any illumination) and privacy screening for the waiting area shall be submitted for written agreement with the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and the visual amenities of the area.
