3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following amendments for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) A revised set of drawings to be submitted to show the first floor bedroom and ensuite bathroom, located to the rear of the building line to be omitted. b) No more than four bedrooms shall be provided at this property. c) The first window on the southern elevation gable wall shall be omitted. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining property.
