Prior to the commencement of development, the Applicant shall submitted drawings, for the written approval of the Planning Authority, indicating the following a) The proposed bin store at ground floor level shall be relocated and replaced with a restaurant/café and/or retail unit at the corner of Fenian St and Bass Place. Details submitted should also include all necessary internal amendments to the overall development scheme to ensure future residential amenity is safeguarded.
