Description

24. The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (g) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a Main Contractor, a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) having regard to the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Schedule of Mitigation Measures shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This CEMP shall provide details of the implementation of construction environmental management and mitigation measures and the intended construction practice for the development including a detailed Construction Traffic Management Plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The proposed construction entrance / egress to the site shall avoid potential conflicts / obstruction onto Southbank Road / Whitebank Road and measures to improve pedestrian access along South Bank Road shall be provided.
