2. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) The proposed development shall be carried out in accordance with the following: v. The applicant shall submit drawings and details outlining the removal of the fence which has a significant adverse impact on the special character of the Protected Structure (RPS No: 8003) and its provision above the structure’s elevations is contrary to Policy BHA2 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. These drawings and details shall be submitted in advance of any development taking place and for the written approval of the Planning Authority. The fence shall be removed within 2 months of the agreed compliance decision.
