2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Archaeology, Conservation & Heritage Section of Dublin City Council: a. The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i. Confirmation of the details of the proposed fixings for the handrail including their material. The number and sizes of fixings shall be to the minimum possible. ii. 1:10 profile of the proposed cast-iron handrail. iii. Confirmation of the colour of the proposed handrail.
