2. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) 1:5 details of the window frames demonstrating the proposed glazing can be provided within historic joinery elements. A detailed window survey shall be carried out demonstrating the condition of all windows. It should include detailed photographs of the existing windows. Details of the extent of the required repairs should be outlined in a method statement. The new glazing should have a traditional putty finish to the exterior. Details of the proposed new glazing should also be submitted. The applicant shall be satisfied that any proposed slimlite glass replacements conform to EU directives.
