Description

EXPP: The proposed works will consist of the demolition of the existing rear extension and re-construction of the rear extension to a compliant habitable standard. This would include raising the internal ceiling height and incorporation the lightwell/courtyard. The proposed work also includes the provision of new shower rooms and associated plumbing internally.
