Description

2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant or land owner shall agree the following details with the DCC Transportation Planning Division in writing: a) The provision of staff and visitor cycle parking as part of the development; and b) A Childcare Facility Travel Plan which shall provide details on the number of staff and children attending the childcare facility and set out current travel patterns to/from the Childcare Facility and identify specific measures aimed at encouraging sustainable modes of transport to the Childcare Facility.
