6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development and on appointment of a contractor, the applicant / developer shall submit a detailed Construction Management Plan which should include details of construction related traffic management proposals including haul routes, set-down and employee related parking, site hoarding and pedestrian safety management. The applicant/developer shall be cognisant of the adjacent mainline rail network.
