4. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Survey drawings of the historic boundary walls indicating where conservation repairs are required/proposed. (ii) 1:20 plans sections elevations required of proposed new ramps to front public entrances. (iii) 1:20 drawings required of replacement windows.
