2. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The 2 no. slot window opes at lower ground floor level to the rear shall be omitted b) The provision of a 'box-out' (oriel) window at upper ground floor level on the western elevation of the rear return shall be omitted and the layout of the shower room/w.c shall be amended to contain a single w.c., wash hand basin and shower. c) All in built furniture in the reception/waiting on the upper ground floor and both offices on the 1st floor shall be omitted Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
