3. The proposed development to the front of no. 131 Tritonville Road shall be amended as follows: a. The proposed vehicular entrance shall be repositioned 500mm southwards, away from the street tree. b. The proposed vehicular entrance shall not exceed 2.6 metres in width. c. The vehicular entrance shall be fitted with inward opening gates only that match the design and finishes of the existing pedestrian gate and railing to be retained. d. All areas in the front garden not utilised for one vehicular parking space and footpath shall be grass/soft landscaped. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of the character and visual amenity of the area.
